FiberGrave is Rowmark’s all-new plastic material engineered specially for fiber and YAG lasers. Compared to traditional injection molded plastics, it is a cost-effective large format solution for Fiber/YAG laser marking applications. FiberGrave can also be vector cut with standard CO2 lasers to easily create custom shapes for specialty tags and labels. FiberGrave produces permanent, highly detailed marks, including variable tone images that are barcode and data matrix readable. It’s easier to handle and fabricate compared to aluminium or stainless-steel sheet stock and is UV-stable for exterior applications such as industrial tags, labels, and identification plates. UV-stable, single ply modified acrylic with a Matte finish and perfect for exterior applications such as industrial tags, labels, and identification plates. Available in Bright White and Jet Black, FiberGrave sheet products are available in 613mm x 1238mm sheets in either 0.5mm (.020”) or 1mm (.040”) thickness.
