RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Diequip will meet all obligations under relevant New Zealand Laws. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier at no cost to the customer.
Any cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. Diequip will cover the return delivery cost.
We will not offer a refund if you have a change of mind. Please ensure you choose correctly and if you are unsure please contact Diequip prior to buying to make sure your requirements and needs are met.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS SPECIFICS
Diequip must be contacted before any goods are to be returned.
All returns must be packaged in original packaging and unused. If the item has been opened please ensure the packaging is as close to as original condition as possible.
Products will not be accepted for return if they have been used or damaged by the customer.
For any stock item, there will be no restocking fee for any return. In the event of a special made to order item, there will be a 25% stocking fee for any returns.
Freight costs will not be credited, unless the fault lies with Diequip.
For credit card transactions, any refund will be made to the original credit card to which the order was charged.
For account transactions, any refund will be made to the account to which the order was charged.
